The processing of your data is based on the following legal grounds:

Processing is necessary to perform the agreement.
Processing is necessary to comply with the statutory obligations imposed on the Controller. For example, to enable Evolfwear to fulfil its obligations to the Tax and Customs Administration.
The personal data is used for the purposes of administration, invoicing and for completing and dispatching orders that are placed. The online order form shows which data it is obligatory to fill in. These are first name, last name, date of birth, street name, postcode, house number, IBAN, BIC, bank details and telephone number. The online order form also asks you to supply your email address. The email address is required so we can send you an electronic confirmation of your order, keep you informed as to the status of your order(s), notify you about any changes to our services, process and respond to complaints, and so we can notify you about possible discounts on similar products or services we provide. The personal data that require processing to comply with the legal obligations that are incumbent on the Controller and its website, are stored for a period of 7 (seven) years. The remaining personal data are stored for a period of 1 (one) year.
